Reflex Garments as a fast fashion brand our emphasis is on trendy fashion at value prices. We are not a high-end brand; our pieces are good value for money with standard quality. Our goal is to always provide our customers with quality products at competitive wholesale prices. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure the quality and condition of the items being shipped. Our Customer Support Team is at your service any time.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT CHARGE RESTOCKING FEE FOR DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED, WHICH ARE REQUESTED TO RETURN DURING THE FIRST 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING YOUR ORDER BASED ON THE DELIVERY DATE ON THE TRACKING! ALL OTHER RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

Please write to us at sales@reflexgarments.com within 7 business days of receiving your order for approval to Return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. The email must contain the following information: Order Number #, date order received, Style # (Description) Reason for return: (Describe the problem in a few words). Please, attach the photo or video evidence of the items you’d like to return, clearly showing the damages or defects.

Although we check all merchandise for defects or damages prior to shipping it out, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects and meets their expectations.

Damaged goods due to customer negligence or items with their tags detached or missing will not be refunded. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS SHOULD BE SHIPPED BACK POSTAGE PAID TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA:

Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services
like (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX) and similar. By choosing one of these fast delivery options, you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process in China.

All requests will be processed after our Returns Department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits are processed and granted in approximately five to seven business days after the item is received by the Returns Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping cost for the returned packages is shouldered by customers.
If the package incurs any import duty when arrive in China Custom, We will email you and tell you how much it is and it needs to be shouldered by your side.
Please send us an email after you return on sales@reflexgarments.com and provide us Order Number; Reason for return; Total pieces of the return items (include the item code); Tracking Number if any and the name of shipping company such as Empost or USPS etc.

Refunds/Store Credit
You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange towards irregular merchandise (damaged, defective or wrong delivery) only.  Authorized returns or exchange of irregular merchandise will be refunded in full including shipping costs as soon as the returned items are received and all proper steps have been applied.
A store credit will be issued for all other reasons for refund. Authorized returns of regular merchandise will be credited based on price less 25% restocking fee, as soon as the returned items are received and all proper steps have been applied. Shipping fees are not refundable for all returns.
Please note that if you fail to take the proper steps of the claims/returns policy, then you will not be entitled to any claim or returns.
Authorized claims, price adjustments or discounts will be credited in the amount that is mutually agreed through the same mode of payment used for your purchase or store credits will be applied towards your next order.
