store in fashion district and manufacturing in China. We have since moved most of our
operations to Guangzhou in China as that is most cost effective way to serve our
customers.

We also ask for a form of identification to verify that the business documentation and

every account, as it helps officials identify and control fraudulent activity occurring
within businesses.

It takes 2-5 business days to process order. It takes 7-9 business days total for you to get your order.

It typically costs $3.50 per pound to ship from China to USA. Other destinations the costs vary and can only be checked once the order is placed. We usually ship through FedEx International Priority. In some case we also use DHL and UPS international service.

As a fast fashion brand our emphasis is on trendy fashion at value prices. We are not a high-end brand, if you are looking for very high-quality fashion then we might not be your first choice, our pieces are good value for money with standard quality. However, as it is shipped from our own premises in China it goes through stringent quality checking before shipping.

we understand not all customers have the same size requirements. So we encourage our customers to send us a message if they would like to customize the size ratio in the pack they order.

Yes, we can help with you with custom manufacturing. We can also help you with private labels however they are subject to minimums depending on style. If you are interested to know more, we encourage you to reach out to us.

No. We encourage you to read our return policy before placing an order. As we operate from China, taking returns is very painful for us. This website is not suitable for new entrants in the fashion business who are looking to try out fashion.

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company.

If the return inquiry is approved, the items must be immediately sent out by the customer. We should receive the return no later than 10 days after approved for return. We will refuse refund if we do not receive the items back within 12 days of approval, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refund or exchange for damaged goods or wrong deliveries is free of cost. Other returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% ALL JEWELRY, ACCESSORY SALES and PRIVATE LABEL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL.

Yes, customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are reshipping defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders. For International orders, a store credit will be given.

There are no exchanges, only return policy.

If you are interested in a style that is currently sold out, please send us a text or WhatsApp on (213) 550-6366 with your restock request. We will work on getting the style restocked for you!

We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. We will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to receive or clear the customs for the package. We reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel orders please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the “Message” system.
