The freight forwarding process is simple and convenient when you use Cargo Services. Get a free quote and proceed with your order by sending us your China manufacturer’s contact information. We will handle the rest for you.
Here is how the process on our end usually operates:
1. When your goods are ready, the supplier or we will arrange the pickup from the supplier to our shipping warehouse.
2. We will ask the supplier to finish a Commercial invoice & required shipping documents.
3. Check the goods and confirm the exact weight and dimensions with you after the goods arrived in our warehouse.
4. We will send you the shipping invoice for payment confirmation.
5. For goods sent out by sea or air freight; we arrange the export customs clearance.
6. We will send you the sea or air freight tracking number.
7. After goods arrived at the destination seaport/airport, the shipping carrier will contact you to complete the import customs and duties.
8. After customs cleared, goods will be delivered to the intended address.
